RousterBout 3 is a revolutionary 16 gallon waterline descaling system that is SAFE to use and environmentally friendly. Yet it quickly removes scale, rust, grease, lime, and other waterline deposits that reduce flow and heating/cooling capacity. It is designed for larger projects such as molding machine heat exchangers, large molds, rooftop cooling towers, and other items requiring a large volume of water flow.

This system has large 10" pneumatic tires and controlled front steering. It rolls easily across any floor and turns in a tight circle.

RousterBout 3 System also includes our RousterChem descaling concentrated liquid that is non-toxic and safe to use in any environment. It will not attack most steels, copper, rubber, or plastic, but does a great job in removing scale, lime, rust, staining, oil, grease, dirt and other waterline buildups that can rob you of flow rate, heating/cooling ability, and energy costs. (A 1/64" buildup in a standard 1/2" waterline can reduce efficiency by 40%).

RousterBout 3 comes with everything you need to get started, including the 16 gallon unit, the cart, 2 10-ft, 1/2" diameter, oil resistant waterlines, 115 V electric pump, return line filter, pressure drop gauge, 2 gallons of RousterChem concentrate, and one pound of Neutralizer (for safely flushing used solution down any drain or septic system). Our warranty covers all parts for 30 days from date of purchase.

- Portable unit can be taken directly to machine or mold. No need for lengthy shutdown.
- Meets California proposition 65 guidelines, EPA, and OSHA requirements.

Over the past few years, we have found that common carriers (notably USPS, UPS and FedEx) have become very inefficient, unpleasant, uncooperative, and unavailable regarding their delivery service, customer service, and pricing fees.

Our company has taken great care in producing our products, and we take extra care to package them to withstand the rigors of being shipped all over the world. Unfortunately, we have no control over how they are handled by the big 3 delivery services mentioned above. Our customers are aware that over the years we have been forced to use heavy duty cartons, bubble wrap, cardboard liners, sealed bottle caps, double taped binding and sealing, and mark all of our packages with "Caution" and "Fragile" labels in an effort to combat the steadily increasing torture our shipments go through to arrive safely at their destination address.

Even with all the steps we take to protect our products during delivery, we still receive back damaged goods that are marked with tire tracks, or have had packing tape removed and products taken out, or the "Fragile" labels blacked out, or delivered to the wrong address, or left out on a lawn in pouring rain, or dropped on the street of traffic in front of the buyers house, and that's not including the many shipments that simply get "lost" and are never found.

Trying to file a claim for damage or lost items is next to impossible and we have succeeded in only 1 case out of the many we filed over the past few years. Phones are never answered, emails go unread, letters are never answered, and personal trips to the carriers offices are met with surprise and then we are told our issues will be addressed and immediately, but they never are.

These carriers answer to no one. Yes, there are some individual drivers who take their responsibilities seriously but they are few and far between. The biggest problem is with management. They feel no compassion for the way customers are treated and are very out of touch with the real world they are servicing.

Our shipping losses and shipping fees in general, have risen to the point that we have decided to shut down our operation until we can find a better way of getting our products to you, the customer. We apologize for any issues our decision may cause, but we believe we have no other choice at this time.

We will continue offering any digital products that can be downloaded directly to you, our valued customers. These are still available online.
